Health Team airlifted; reaches Saidu Sharif, Swat: ERU |

PESHAWAR: The 31-member health team comprising doctors and para-medical staff which was airlifted via helicopters has reached Saidu Sharif, Swat. According to the Emergency Response Unit this is the second group of health care workers dispatched to Swat in one week. The team was taken aboard helicopters provided by Pakistan Army. The health care staff were immediately deployed at the Saidu Sharif Teaching Hospital, Swat. It has been learnt that thousands of trapped patients with various complaints have been attended to by the doctors in the last one week.
